What is TOTP?
Time-based One-Time Passwords (TOTP, RFC 6238) are the codes used by Google Authenticator, Authy, and similar 2FA apps. They are calculated from a shared secret and the current Unix time, changing every 30 seconds. This tool is for developers testing 2FA implementations — it generates the same codes as your authenticator app for any given secret key.
Enter a TOTP secret key and generate the current 6-digit code, plus upcoming codes, entirely in your browser with no server involved. Shows the remaining validity window and regenerates automatically. Useful for developers testing 2FA implementations without a phone.
